How ordering works today
Veda Roots currently confirms each item by reply before accepting payment. A catalog price is indicative, and adding an item to the cart or opening an email does not place an order.
Before you decide, we confirm
- The exact product name, manufacturer or marketer, ingredient label, net quantity and applicable licence details.
- Current stock, serviceability for your postcode, dispatch estimate and shipping charge.
- The final price, any valid offer, payment method and the total amount due.
- The cancellation, return, replacement and refund terms that apply to that exact item.
What the catalog does not promise
Catalog names, ingredients, pack sizes and prices are starting information, not a live inventory feed. If the available pack differs, the reply must say so clearly; you can decline before paying.
Traditional Ayurvedic context is educational and is not a diagnosis, prescription or promise that a product will prevent, treat or cure a condition. Use the confirmed label and seek a qualified practitioner for medical suitability.
